This was a refreshing read. I have been a student / teacher now for 40 years. In 1997 I closed my school seeing that all the students cared about was what belt was next, or should I say the parent was the one who wanted their child to be the next youngest black belt before the next child in the class. Even my adult class, wanting technique after technique even before they truly understood what they were learning first.I had to decide, was the money really worth the watery knowledge they wanted? I retreated to my home got a job and continued my own journey as my mentor taught me. I have had this book before, but during the closing and move many boxes were lost, and since coming across this book and able to add it to and read off my kindle, a new life has been brought forth from my heart and my faith in teaching has re-surfaced as I now am teaching out of my home again and to those who are truly seeking the secrets of Kung Fu - hard diligent training. I just love this book. A great find and read for those who truly understand the real secrets.
